it works
We will work with you to select what sound frequency will help you the most. After removing your shoes and emptying your pockets, you will lie on a special bed and be offered a heated blanked. Put on the headphones, and then relax and enjoy as sound and vibrations take over. If you fall asleep, that's fine, too- we will wake you up after your session is over, or after a specified amount of time has passed. If you wish to change tracks, change the intensity, or need help during your session, there is a call button you can press for assistance- no need to get up.
It is strongly recommended that you don't use your phone during your session, but that is up to you!
Typical sessions are from 30 to 75 mintes. You may select an appropriate track, or let us know and we will stop your session at the time you desire.
Low-frequency sound waves mechanically stimulate body tissues, and aligns mental states with the rhythmic vibrations.
Vibroacoustic Therapy uses sound waves delivered through a special bed embedded with transducers that convert sound into vibrations. These sound-induced vibrations penetrate deeply into the body’s tissues and organs, creating a multisensory experience that affects both the body and brain. The underlying science draws from principles of neuroscience, cellular biology, and acoustics.
At the core of vibroacoustic therapy is the concept of mechanotransduction, which refers to the process by which cells convert mechanical stimuli—such as vibration—into biochemical signals. When vibrations pass through the body, they stimulate nerve endings, soft tissue, and muscle spindles, leading to changes in cellular activity and tissue behavior.
Furthermore, sound and vibration therapy influences the brain’s emotional center, helping to regulate mood and decrease anxiety and depression. This is beneficial for individuals with trauma, PTSD, and neurological conditions.
This is a non-invasive, drug-free intervention that harnesses the body’s natural response to sound and vibration, providing a blend of physical, neurological, and emotional healing.
