Red Light Therapy

Benefits

* Skin (630nm) Enhances collagen production, improves acne, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, improves scars, and evens skin tone.
* Hair & Rejuvenation (650nm) Promotes scalp health and hair growth.
Boosts surface circulation, improving general skin vitality.
* Muscle & Joints (660nm) Reduces muscle soreness and joint inflammation.
Accelerates the healing of deeper wounds.
* Eye Health (670nm) Supports retinal mitochondrial function, potentially mitigating age-related vision decline.
* Neurological (810nm) Enhances cognitive performance, provides neuroprotection, and promotes cellular regeneration.
* Deep Regeneration (830nm, 850nm) Helps with deeper inflammatory conditions such as tendinitis and arthritis.
Relieves chronic pain and enhances muscle recovery.

* Weightlos & Body Sculpting (1060nm) Breaks down fat cells while improving circulation and lymphatic drainage.

Science

Undress to your comfort level in our private room (the less clothing, the better).

Typical sessions are from 8 to 15 minutes.
You will stand on a platform, put on some specially tinted glasses, and get your treatment!  We recommend the whole-body vibration feature to assist with lymphatic drainage, but the vibration is optional.

When your session is over, you get dressed, and you're done.

Red Light Therapy (RLT), also known as photobiomodulation, is a non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate natural biological processes in the body. The primary target of red and near-infrared light is the mitochondria, the "powerhouses" of your cells. These light wavelengths (typically between 630–850 nanometers) penetrate the skin and are absorbed by an enzyme called cytochrome c oxidase (CCO), located in the mitochondrial membrane. It helps release nitric oxide, which may otherwise block cellular respiration. This enhances the flow of oxygen and nutrients. As a result, the mitochondria produce more adenosine triphosphate (ATP) — the energy currency of the cell. More ATP means your cells can function more efficiently, repair damage faster, and rejuvenate themselves more effectively. RLT has been shown to reduce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and reactive oxygen species (ROS). By lowering oxidative stress and inflammation, healing processes accelerate, pain and swelling decrease, and tissue regeneration improves. Red light also influences fibroblast activity, the cells responsible for producing collagen — a key structural protein in skin, muscles, and connective tissue. In deeper tissues, especially when using near-infrared light (810–850 nm), RLT can reach brain tissue.  Studies suggest it can reduce brain fog and improve mood.
