Benefits

Disclaimer:  This device has not been approved by the FDA for the use of body sculpting or fat loss.  The benefits listed below have not been evaluated by the FDA, and this treatment is not to be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

* Muscle Building & Toning Stimulates supramaximal muscle contractions that are not achievable through voluntary exercise. Builds and strengthens targeted muscle groups (abs, glutes, arms, thighs, calves). Improves muscle definition and tone. Enhances core stability and posture. Aids in rehabilitation by reactivating atrophied muscles. * Fat Reduction Promotes lipolysis (breakdown of fat cells) in treated areas. Helps contour the body by reducing stubborn subcutaneous fat. Complements exercise and diet-resistant fat loss. May contribute to a leaner appearance over time * Time Efficiency Delivers results equivalent to 20,000+ contractions in 30-minutes. Quick, non-invasive alternative to traditional workouts. No prep or recovery time needed – walk-in/walk-out treatment. * Convenience & Comfort Non-surgical and needle-free No downtime, bruising, or swelling. Comfortable sessions with adjustable intensity. Can target multiple areas in one visit. * Metabolic & Circulatory Boost Increases metabolic rate due to high-intensity contractions. Improves local blood circulation. Stimulates lymphatic drainage, aiding detoxification and reducing bloating. * Confidence & Aesthetics Enhances physique with visible muscle tone improvements. Boosts confidence and body image. Great complement to other wellness and beauty treatments.

how

it works

Science

Select which body parts you'd like to experience an intense workout and make yourself comfortable on our treatment table-  sit or lie down, and relax!

Typical sessions are 30 minutes.  There is no recovery period- you can go home or go right back to work after your treatment!  You may experience some soreness for 24-48 hours in the treated area.
EMS uses HIFEM (High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic) technology to induce intense muscle contractions. This is a non-invasive technology that delivers rapidly alternating electromagnetic fields through the skin into the underlying muscle tissue. The EMS applicator emits pulsed electromagnetic fields.  These fields penetrate the skin and fat layers without resistance.  When the field interacts with motor neurons (the nerves that control muscle contractions), it induces electrical currents.  These currents depolarize motor neurons, triggering involuntary supramaximal muscle contractions (i.e., stronger and more sustained than voluntary contractions achieved during exercise). During a single session, muscles are forced to contract at intensities and frequencies not achievable voluntarily—typically 20,000 contractions in 30 minutes.  These contractions cause extreme metabolic stress and muscle fiber recruitment.  The muscle adapts by hypertrophy (increasing fiber size) and in some cases hyperplasia (new fiber development).  Over time, this results in increased muscle volume and tone. EMS doesn’t just work the muscles—it also affects surrounding fat by increasing local demand for energy and triggering lipolysis. Secondary physiological benefits include improved circulation, lymphatic drainage, and core strengthening.
